Jim Hayes began his design career in a rougher time–a time when artists stuck their work onto boards by smearing wax on places not considered legs, all the while wielding pointy razor-knives. It wasn’t for sissies. He went from toiling in a print shop where he learned that art actually has to work on a press, to working alongside the Obi-wan of design, to a stint as an art director.

Mr. Hayes’ clients have included Crossland Mortgage Corp, Broadway Across America, Rowmark Ski Academy, Hotel Monaco, Utah College of Applied Technology, Utah Arts Council, KCPW, Salt Lake County Health Department, Rio Tinto, and many, many smaller entities whose needs are just as important.

Jim serves as a board member for Heart and Soul, a non-profit that takes live music to isolated populations, such as nursing homes. As a member of Salt Lake Community College’s program advisory committee, he mentors those who hope to someday be his competition.

Jim loves the good things that happen when working with marketing mavens, and is thrilled to be partnering with Lutisha Merrill and 360 Touch.
